Our 4-Step Process

01 - FRAME

We start with the frame, not the glass. Dirt, cobwebs, and buildup on the frame will run right back onto your windows the first time it rains if you skip this step. Most companies do. We clean the full frame and sill before we ever touch the glass.

02 - SCRUB

Next we scrub the glass itself. Depending on what your windows need, we use professional nylon bristle brushes designed specifically for window cleaning, razor blades for paint and sticker residue, abrasive walnut scrub pads for hard water stains, and specialized cleaning mops for general buildup. Whatever is stuck to your glass, we have a tool for it.

03 - CLEAN

Once the glass is scrubbed, we clean it. Depending on the job, we either use the classic squeegee method by hand or rinse with our professional brush system. Either way, every inch of glass gets cleaned top to bottom.

04 - RAINGUARD TECH

This is the final step and what sets us apart. RainGuard Tech is our proprietary window treatment. It is a completely eco-friendly application that dries 100% streak-free with zero chemical residue. But it does more than just clean. RainGuard Tech leaves an invisible barrier on your glass that actively repels pollen, dirt, and water spots. Your windows stay cleaner for longer, and when it rains, the water sheets off instead of leaving streaks. It is the difference between windows that look clean for a week and windows that look clean for months.

How we work

We clean most homes from the ground using professional water-fed poles that reach up to 3 stories without ladders. No ladders leaning against your siding, no one walking on your roof. It is safer for us and safer for your property. When we do need ladders for hard-to-reach spots, we use them carefully and always protect your surfaces.

We price based on pane count, so you know exactly what you are paying for before we show up. Text us a few photos of your windows and we will send you a quote, usually within a few hours. No home visit required for most jobs.

Recurring clients save on every cleaning. Monthly service saves $150, quarterly saves $100, and biannual saves $50. The more frequently you clean, the less each visit costs.
