Victoria has a genuine mix of everything. Heritage character homes, newer condos, mid-century family homes, and modern builds going up around the Inner Harbour and surrounding neighbourhoods. The newer homes with vinyl windows are where our pure water system really shines. The deionized water cleans the glass, frames, and sills all at once, dries streak-free, and the whole job is fast and efficient.
The older heritage homes with multi-pane windows and original wood frames are a different story. Those require traditional squeegee work, pane by pane, which is significantly more labour-intensive. We can absolutely do it, but the time involved means the cost is higher than most homeowners expect. If your home has original heritage windows and you are looking into cleaning options, it is worth knowing that going in.
Most of Victoria is close to the water, which means salt and mineral buildup on glass is a constant issue. Our deionized water process handles that better than traditional methods because it leaves zero residue behind.
