The waterfront along Beacon Avenue is the heart of the town, and there are new condo developments going up alongside the established single-family homes.
The proximity to the ocean means salt buildup on windows is constant, especially for homes closer to the water. Sidney also gets a fair amount of wind off the strait, which drives dirt and debris onto glass faster than in more sheltered areas. Our deionized water system is ideal for coastal properties because it rinses completely clean with no mineral deposits or streaking.
