Sidney is a charming waterfront town at the northern tip of the Saanich Peninsula, and it has been growing steadily over the past few years. What used to be primarily a retirement community is now attracting younger families and professionals who want the small-town feel while still being connected to Victoria via the Pat Bay Highway. The waterfront along Beacon Avenue is the heart of the town, and there are new condo developments going up alongside the established single-family homes.
The proximity to the ocean means salt buildup on windows is constant, especially for homes closer to the water. Sidney also gets a fair amount of wind off the strait, which drives dirt and debris onto glass faster than in more sheltered areas. Our deionized water system is ideal for coastal properties because it rinses completely clean with no mineral deposits or streaking.
We serve all of Sidney including the downtown core, the waterfront area, and the residential streets on both sides of the highway. Whether you are in a newer condo near the marina or an established home in one of the quieter residential streets, we are out on the Peninsula regularly and can fit you into our route.
